PURPOSE: A multi layer type metal nano wire and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize a property as a transparent electrode for OLED by improving the transition speed of an electronic or a hole. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode for OLED comprises a core metal nano wire, a metal shell, and a bonding layer. The metal shell is located on the top of the core metal nano wire. The bonding layer is located between the core metal nano wire and the metal shell. The bonding layer comprises a metal shell component and a core metal nano wire component. The bonding layer is formed by injecting the mixture of a metallic ion of the metal shell component and a metallic ion of the core metal nano wire component with the core metal nano wire into a reactor and restoring. |
