An absorption liquid-circulating mechanism has: a circulation system that circulates the absorption liquid between the second absorption section and the first regeneration section; and a branch system that branches from the circulation system so that a portion of the absorption liquid circulating in the circulation system passes from the second absorption section to the first absorption section and the second regeneration section in sequence and then flows toward the first regeneration section.
