PURPOSE: Scheduling device and method are provided to reduce schedule setting time by virtually setting a schedule by providing a monitoring function. CONSTITUTION: An input unit (110) receives schedule setting input. The schedule setting input includes more than one of input of selecting a schedule functional block, input of connecting a plurality of schedule functional blocks, input of initializing a specific schedule functional block and input of generating a specific schedule functional block. A schedule setting unit (140) connects a schedule functional block and an equipment block according to the schedule setting input. The schedule setting unit generates a scheduling code corresponding to a program included in the schedule functional block and equipment block. A display unit (120) outputs an interface to receive a specific value. The display unit displays a relation between the schedule functional block and equipment block.
