PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a change in an output current due to a large fluctuation in an input AC voltage.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a valley-fill circuit 3; a PMW control ICU 1 with Rsense terminal for detecting an electric current passing between the source terminal and drain terminal of a switching element Q2; and a resistor R29 in which one terminal is electrically connected with the cathode terminal of a diode D9 in the valley-fill circuit 3 and the other terminal is electrically connected with the Rsense terminal. |
