PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a cement-based molded body by which a rugged pattern is preferably formed, and the occurrence of defective appearance of the molded body can be reduced by suppressing rear surface shrinkage.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a cement-based molded body A by applying press molding to a cement-based material 1. The method includes: a press mold approaching step S1 of bringing a press mold 2 close to the cement-based material 1; a pressurizing step S2 of moving the press mold 2 having been in contact with the cement-based material 1 and pressurizing the cement-based material 1; a pressure retaining step S3 of stopping the movement of the press mold 2 and retaining a pressurized state; a pressurization releasing step S4 of releasing pressurization performed by the press mold 2; and a mold removal/separation step S5 of removing the press mold 2 from the molded cement-based material 1 and separating the press mold 2. The press mold 2 is vibrated, at the same time, the surface of the cement-based material 1 is sucked, thereafter, the suction is stopped and the press mold 2 is vibrated while the surface of the cement-based material 1 is not sucked. |
