The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a support frame for which production costs can be suppressed by shortening a framework upper-frame, and sufficient support strength and attachment strength can be obtained. A support frame (2) is attached to a non-light-receiving rear surface (1b) of a solar cell panel (1), and the support frame (2) is provided with the following: a tubular part (2a) that has a tubular shape that goes along the longitudinal direction of the support frame (2) and on which an attachment surface (21) to which the solar cell panel (1) attaches is formed; and protrusions (2b) that protrude substantially parallel with the attachment surface (21) from the ends of the attachment surface (21) in the longitudinal direction.
