Methods, systems and components designed for a sea wave hydroelectric power plant that include unique pontoons; systems and components for lifting pontoons above water level, removing them from the water, submerging them on the sea bottom, and raising them to sea level according to weather and wave conditions; system for protecting joints and connections from breakage and damage in case of extreme weather and high waves; a method and system for orienting and deploying pontoons; and a system for efficient utilization of energy accumulated in the power plant's oil/air accumulators.
