PURPOSE: A potential measuring device is provided to improve measurement sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A first shutter (40A) and a second shutter (50A) install openings (45,55) and includes shutter units (44,54) and plate spring units (41,51). A magnet (80) is installed on the plate spring units. A yoke (31) gives alternating magnetic fields to each magnet (80) of the first and the second shutters to place a coil (33) for the shutter units. A natural frequency control unit (100) adjusts a natural frequency of one or both of a first shutter system (400A) including a magnet and the first shutter and a second shutter system (500A) including a magnet and the second shutter. |
