[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Disclosed is a novel histidine derivative having an excellent analgesic activity or the like. The compound has excellent penetration into the blood when administered through the oral route. Therefore, the compound is very useful as a medicinal agent, particularly an analgesic agent for treating an acute or chronic pain or a neurogenic pain.
