PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an operator to accurately and quickly count the number of colonies.SOLUTION: A captured image-obtaining unit 11 obtains a captured image obtained by capturing a culture medium. A colony detection unit 12 detects the colonies of a microorganism on the captured image. A display control unit 14 displays manually detected position marks over the captured image in a manual detection result display region so that the manually detected position marks are displayed at the colony positions detected by the colony detection unit 12. An additional order receiving unit 15 receives additional orders. A deletion order receiving unit 16 receives deletion orders. A display correction unit 17 controls the display control unit 14 to newly add a manually detected mark at a specified addition position and to delete a manually detected position mark of a specified deletion target.
