PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seating sensor unit which can properly detect seating, and a seat device in which the seating sensor unit is used.SOLUTION: A seating sensor unit 1 comprises a seating sensor 2 having a pressure-sensitive switch SW1 and arranged below a cushion pad 60, and a plate 3 which is fixed to a part of a support spring 72 mounted with the cushion pad 60 and to which a lower face region of the seating sensor 2 being a lower portion of the pressure-sensitive switch SW1 is fixed. The seating sensor unit 1 also comprises frame members 7A, 7B which are connected to the plate 3, and arranged in a region in which they oppose each other with at least the pressure-sensitive switch SW1 sandwiched therebeween. Upper ends of the frame members 7A, 7B are positioned at the upper side rather than the upper face of the seating sensor 2. |
