PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobility identification system which identifies an electrical appliance connected to a radio network as being for stationary use or mobile use.SOLUTION: A mobility identification system 1 identifies mobility of an electrical appliance 10 connected to a radio network by storing an identifier of the electrical appliance 10, location information of a radio access point 20 in the radio network, and time in association with each other, and by determining from the data whether the electrical appliance 10 is used while it is moving or not, and contributes to an identification of the electrical appliance 10 connected to the radio network. |
