PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fall-off of a hook from the carrier body with age when the fastening of a hanging bolt is insufficient and looseness occurs.SOLUTION: A structure for preventing the fall-off of a hook for spare tire carrier includes a carrier body 11 by which a spare tire is held under the floor of an automobile, a hanging bolt 26 that is passed through the floor plate 4 and has a male screw 26y on its shaft 26j, and a hook 22 that has a female screw 22x with which the male screw 26y of the hanging bolt 26 is screwed, and that is hooked on the carrier body 11 in which the carrier body 11 is made to be raised through the hook 22 by fastening the hanging bolt, thereby fixing a spare tire. The hanging bolt 26 has a fitting cap 35 that is relatively non-rotatably held to the hanging bolt with it capped on the head 26h of the hanging bolt 26, and rotation inhibiting mechanisms 38, 357 that inhibit the fitting cap 35 from rotating around the shaft center more than a predetermined angle together with the hanging bolt 26. |
