PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standard item for immunoassay having high stability and being produced at a low cost.SOLUTION: The standard item for immunoassay according to the present invention includes polypeptide constituted of at least one partial region of protein subject to a measurement by immunoassay and containing epitope of antibody for use in the immunoassay. In a case of the standard item for immunoassay by a sandwich technique, the polypeptide used includes epitope of two types of antibodies for use in the immunoassay. An easily degradable area in a full-length protein is deleted so as to provide the standard item with high stability.
