PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the production time, improve the yield, and reduce the defective occurrence rate of a product by eliminating the need for repair after a mount member is primarily crimped.SOLUTION: After a temporary crimping process and before a primary crimping process, a camera images mounted states of a plurality of mount members to be mounted on respective sides of a display panel substrate. Then an image recognition part recognizes the imaged state in which the mount members are mounted on the respective sides and generates data thereon, and a control part determines whether the state in which the mount members are mounted is normal or abnormal for the plurality of mount members based upon the data. According to a result of an inspection process, the control part performs control so that the crimping head corresponding to a mount member determined to have been abnormally mounted is not crimped in the primary crimping process. |
