PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method and device that treats a treated substance without using fuel.SOLUTION: There are provided a treatment apparatus for a treated substance that includes an air suction, acceleration, and blowing portion 1 which sucks, accelerates, and blows air, an air magnetic treatment portion 2 which magnetically treats the supplied air, an air sub-tank portion 3 which adjusts the amount of the air supplied from the air magnetic treatment portion 2 and sent to an air heating portion so as to make the air not flow back to the air magnetic treatment portion, the air heating portion 4 which has a heater portion 400 heating the air sent from the air sub-tank portion 3, an air blowing portion 5 which blows the air heated by the air heating portion 4, a natural combustion portion 6 which burns the treated substance with the air blown out of the air blowing portion 5, a mount portion 7 that is mounted with the treated substance so as to pass combustion ashes, and a cooling portion 8 which cools the substance produced after the combustion; and its treatment method. |
