PURPOSE: A questionnaire information processing method using a smart phone application and a system thereof are provided to supply a bidirectional questionnaire processing platform by using a smart phone application, thereby making a new survey culture. CONSTITUTION: A questionnaire information registration unit(115) of a server(100) registers questionnaire information and questionnaire request client information which are transmitted from one or more questionnaire request client terminals(110). A questionnaire information providing unit(120) generates a question about user gender and includes the question in questionnaire information which is to be provided to a client. When a client installs a questionnaire processing application in a smart phone(105) of the client, an account assignment unit(135) automatically assigns a user account corresponding to the application or the smart phone of the client.
