PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reduction of throughput in a receiving unit when a frequency deviation is estimated.SOLUTION: A coordinate space with a first phase rotation in a first time interval of a first reference signal included in a first channel received signal constituting the horizontal axis and a second phase rotation in a second time interval of a second reference signal included in a second channel received signal constituting the vertical axis is assumed. In a receiving device 1, a selection unit 2 selects from a solution space consisting of a plurality of equally spaced and parallel straight lines derived on the basis of the first and the second time intervals in the coordinate space a straight line which is closest to a coordinate point indicated by a first observed value of the first phase rotation and a second observed value of the second phase rotation. An estimation unit 4 estimates a frequency deviation of the received signal on the basis of parameters corresponding to the selected straight line and the first observed value and the first time interval or parameters corresponding to the selected straight line and the second observed value and the second time interval. |
