RECTENNA DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectenna device capable of maintaining high power conversion efficiency irrespective of an operating condition.SOLUTION: The rectenna device includes a rectenna element and a voltage controller for converting and outputting a DC power voltage input from the rectenna element. The voltage controller includes: an inductor in which a DC current flows; a switching element for switching on/off the DC current flowing through the inductor; a diode in which an induction current flows when the switching element is off; a monitor unit for monitoring the operation state of the rectenna device; and a control unit which controls, according to the operation state monitored by the monitor unit, the voltage of power output from the voltage controller so that the power conversion efficiency of the rectenna device becomes a maximum value or a nearly maximum value.
