PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously manufacturing a light transmissive film having fine uneven structures with different heights on a surface from a single mold, and to provide the light transmissive film.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a light transmissive film 40, a cured resin layer 44 where reversed structures of a mold are transferred is formed on a surface of a base film 42 so that fine uneven structures having different heights are formed in the longitudinal direction F of the film while repeating: a holding step of holding a fine uneven structure raw material containing a mold dissolving ingredient between the mold having a reversed structure of the fine uneven structure on its surface and the base film 42; a transferring step of obtaining the light transmissive film 40 where the cured resin layer 44 in which the reversed structure of the mold is transferred is formed on the surface of the base film 42 by heating and/or curing the fine uneven structure raw material; and a separating step of separating the light transmissive film 40 and the mold. In the light transmissive film 40, heights of the fine uneven structures are different in the longitudinal direction F of the film. |
