PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film which can obtain a desired refraction index without using a binder, and is excellent in environmental resistance or the like.SOLUTION: An optical film comprises a structure where plural tubular spaces 13 extending in a direction different from the film thickness direction of the optical film are formed thereinside. Tubular spaces arranged in the film thickness direction, of the plural tubular spaces, extend parallel to one another. The tubular spaces may be parallel to an interface between a substrate and the optical film or may not be parallel thereto. |
