PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a high-speed scan and obtain high-definition fluorescence image information.SOLUTION: An excitation optical system comprising a light source 18, a prism 20, and an objective lens 17 is supported by a metal frame 21 with high rigidity to prevent lowering of light condensing efficiency and prevent heat generated from the light source 18 from being enclosed inside thereof. A detection optical system comprising a second lens 22, a wavelength filter 23, a third lens 24, a pinhole 25, and a detector 26 that are vertically aligned in series is supported by a resin frame 27 and mounted to the metal frame 21 vertically suspended therefrom. This configuration can prevent deviation of an optical axis from a design position so as to enable a high-speed scan by a scanning module 9. This configuration also enables the fluorescence detector to provide high-definition fluorescence image information. |
