An adhesive sheet (1) for an image display device, comprising a film-like adhesive layer (2), and a pair of substrate layers (3, 4) layered so as to sandwich the adhesive layer (2). The outer edges (3a, 4a) of the substrate layers (3, 4) extend further to the outside than the outer edge (2a) of the adhesive layer (2), and the adhesive layer (2) is formed from an adhesive resin composition containing structural units derived from an alkyl (meth)acrylate where the alkyl group has 4 to 18 carbon atoms. The storage shear modulus of the adhesive sheet (1) at 25°C is 30 to 150 kPa.
