PARAQUAT WATER DISPERSIBLE GRANULES AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed are a paraquat water dispersible granules and a preparation method thereof. The paraquat water dispersible granules comprise 70%-95% by mass of paraquat positive ions, preferably 80%-95% by mass of paraquat positive ions. The preparation method of the paraquat water dispersible granules comprises: mixing a paraquat probe drug, a dispersible wetting agent, a filling agent, a binding agent, and other auxiliaries, and mixing the mixture with water to obtain a suspension or an aqueous solution; and subjecting the suspension or the aqueous solution to spray drying, pelleting, gas-solid separation, and packaging, so as to obtain the paraquat water dispersible granule product. The present invention makes paraquat into high-content water dispersible granules, which effectively reduce the packaging cost and transportation cost; therefore, environmental protection performance and safety of the paraquat granules in each link from production to application are improved, and the paraquat water dispersible granules have more significant control effect on weeds as compared with the conventional paraquat water aqua.
