PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system capable of switching a transmission path of a flow established by user equipment capable of simultaneously connecting with a plurality of radio access networks, under control of a control station installed in a core network without requiring modification of all of the radio access networks.SOLUTION: A mobile communication system comprises: a first access network in which a bearer transfer path for securing predetermined QoS is established; and a second access network in which a transfer path differing from the first access network is established. A PCRF60 transmits an uplink traffic switch request including information on a flow whose access system class is to be switched among flows being used for communication by a UE 10 and information on an access system class to be a switching destination, to the user equipment. When receiving the uplink traffic switch request, the UE 10 switches a transfer path of the flow included in the uplink traffic switch request to the access system class. |
