<p>The method involves introducing magnetorheological fluid in a container (10), and introducing a magnetic field into the fluid. Specific wall of the fluid solidified due to the magnetic field is removed. Fiber material (16,24) is applied on the solidified fluid and a curable synthetic resin is applied to the fiber material. Other wall is applied as shell form (14,17,23,25), such that inner surface of shell corresponds to an outer side of the fiber material. The magnetic field and simultaneous increase of the pressure in the fluid is switched off and heated for curing synthetic resin. An independent claim is included for a device for manufacturing shell from fiber reinforced plastic.</p> |
