PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF FUNCTIONAL TOWEL CONTAINING RETINISPRA OIL REFINING AND FUNCTIONAL TOWEL PREPARED THEREFROM

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional towel including chamaecyparis obtuse essential oil and a functional towel manufactured by the same includes chamaecyparis obtuse essential oil by the following steps: spraying or dipping 5-10 wt% of the chamaecyparis obtuse essential oil based on total weight of fibers; heating at 50-80 deg. Celsius and drying the same after pressurizing at 5-10 atmospheric pressure. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of functional towel which contains chamaecyparis obtusa essential oil comprises the following steps: obtaining Hinoki cypress leaves by collecting cypress timber branch; washing the obtained Hinoki cypress leaves; mixing 20-50% volume of the washed Hinoki cypress leaves with 50-80% volume of water, putting the same into an extraction compressor and extracting chamaecyparis obtusa essential oil at 105-150 deg. Celsius for 3-9 hours; concentrating by withdrawing remaining Chamaecyparis obtusa essential oil; frozen maturing the concentrated residual solution for 7-30 days; and mixing the frozen matured residual solution with Chamaecyparis obtusa essential oil obtained in the previous step.
