A light receiving and emitting element module of the present invention has a substrate, a light emitting element and a light receiving element disposed on an upper surface of the substrate, a frame-like outer wall disposed on an upper surface of the substrate, and a light shielding wall that is located inside the outer wall and that partitions the space inside the outer wall into spaces corresponding to the light emitting element and the light receiving element, the light shielding wall being provided with a light emitting element light shielding surface located toward the light emitting element, a light receiving element light shielding surface located toward the light receiving element, and a lower surface connected to the light emitting element light shielding surface and the light receiving element light shielding surface and opposing the substrate, the lower surface having an inclined surface that is inclined with respect to the upper surface of the substrate. |
