PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel improved in visibility and durability, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The touch panel includes a transparent substrate 100, an insulating layer 200 that is formed on the transparent substrate 100 and has an intaglio portion formed thereon, an electrode layer 500 that is embedded inside the intaglio portion, and a light absorbing layer 300 that is formed in an inner wall of the intaglio portion to be interposed between the inner wall of the intaglio portion and the electrode layer 500. |
