PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer heat insulating wall structure which prevents moisture from being accumulated on the rear side of a heat insulating material without impairing heat insulation performance.SOLUTION: An outer heat insulating wall structure 40 includes: an outer wall material 41; a heat insulating material 42 which is arranged inside the outer wall material 41; a bearing surface material 46 which is arranged inside the heat insulating material 42 through a drain water scavenging layer 45 and whose heat insulating material 42 side is covered with a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 47; an upper heat insulating material 50 which is arranged above the drain water scavenging layer 45 and formed of a material having a water permeability rate higher than that of the heat insulating material 42; a lower heat insulating material 51 which is arranged below the drain water scavenging layer 45 and formed of a material having a water permeability rate higher than that of the heat insulating material 42; and a gap maintaining member 60 which is arranged between the upper heat insulating material 50 and the lower heat insulating material 51 and maintains the drain water scavenging layer 45. |
