The structure has a machine tool (10) comprising a reception chamber for holding a pin (20). The tool includes an air inlet (12) communicating with an air intake section and air outlet communicating with an air discharge section. The pin is coupled with an actuating element i.e. grinding disk, at an outer side of the air outlet. A flow guide element (30) i.e. fan, is located in the chamber for introducing outside air across the air inlet into the air intake section and directing the air into the air discharge section to be discharged toward the actuating element.
