PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide one that concerns a fish scale removing device that can be used without dispersing removed fish scale to a working place, in which body washing is easy, and that can be used always sanitarily.SOLUTION: A blade part 10 for removal of fish scale from epidermis of fish is made a pillar-shape of a substantially isosceles triangle by a vertical direction cutting view in a state to lie on epidermis of fish when performing removal operation of fish scale, a side peripheral surface of the pillar is made a flat surface 101 grounding on epidermis of fish, and side slopes 102, 103 of two surfaces ranging to the flat surface 101, the side slopes 102, 103 are connected by a top part to make a ridge 105 ranging a back and forth direction of the pillar, a front end part of the pillar is made a forward slope surface 104 that has an inclination that cuts out from the flat surface 101 toward the ridge 105, and an edge that makes a boundary with the forward slope surface 104, the side slopes 102, 103, and the flat surface 101 is made one consecutive blade 100. |
