A voltage regulating circuit (9) comprises: a main circuit unit (11),which is used for outputting a first voltage signal (Us') of which a voltage value is equal to that of a voltage source on the basis of a input signal (Us) of the voltage source (10); a voltage boosting unit (12),which is used for outputting a second voltage signal (DeltaU) connected in series with the first voltage signal (Us') to constitute a output signal (Vout) of the voltage regulating circuit (9) on the basis of the input signal (Us); a switching control unit (13),which is used for comparing the first voltage signal (Us') with a preset first reference voltage, and controlling the second voltage signal (DeltaU) outputted by the voltage boosting unit (12) to be zero when the first voltage signal (Us') is equal to or higher than the first reference voltage. The voltage regulating circuit can solve the problems of the low efficiency and high power consumption of the voltage boosting circuit in the prior art.
