PURPOSE: A production method of slaked lime slurry without silica is provided to easily separate the silica from slaked lime using the physical collision within a centrifuge and high reaction temperature after adding an acid solution. CONSTITUTION: A production method of slaked lime slurry without silica comprises the following steps: inserting 30-50 parts by weight of 10-50 mesh quicklime containing silica into 100 parts by weight of water inside a reaction tank (10); hydrating the mixture of quicklime and water inside the reaction tank by stirring the mixture in the speed of 30-120 rpm to obtain slaked lime; inserting the mixture of the reaction tank into a centrifuge (20); rotating the centrifuge in the speed of 600-800 rpm for 10-40 minutes, and adding an acid solution into the centrifuge for separating silica from the slaked lime using high reaction temperature; and collecting the silica from the centrifuge. 1-3 parts by weight of acid solution is added to 100 parts by weight of the contents inside the centrifuge.
