JIG FOR SURFACE MOUNTING OF PRINTER CURCUIT BOARD

PURPOSE: A jig for surface mounting of a printed circuit board is provided to support the printed circuit board stably by minimizing the deformation due to heat. CONSTITUTION: A jig body (100) has a supporting surface facing with a printed circuit board. A substrate cradle groove (110) is formed in the supporting surface of the jig body so that the printed circuit board is placed. A reinforcing rib (150) is formed in the supporting surface of the jig body with the fixed length. A thermal cycling hole (119) is formed by penetrating a part of the substrate cradle. A thermal expansion control groove is formed in parallel with the substrate cradle groove.
