PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a C4bp domain of non-mammal origin, concretely, a product including a specific amino acid sequence or a variant thereof and an antigen.SOLUTION: A product desirably has a form of fused protein. A chicken C4bp domain having a specific sequence is also provided. An antibody includes a monomer antigen such as malaria antigen and influenza antigen. A C4bp domain represented by formula provides an assembly of a polymetric composite of the antigen or a mixture thereof. The composite is useful as a vaccine.
