<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form a consecutive ruled lines, even if it is a long ruled line, and to prevent the resin corrugated cardboard of the ruled line peripheral edge being broken by delaying the rotation of a ruled line roller behind the movement of the ruled line roller to the resin corrugated cardboard when the ruled line is formed by using the heated ruled line roller, and in addition to prevent the resin corrugated cardboard from becoming a defective appearance by preventing the ruled line location of the resin corrugated cardboard from becoming white, while attempting downsizing of the apparatus using a small ruled line roller. <P>SOLUTION: The resin corrugated cardboard is softened by heating to some low temperature from the melting temperature by a heating means 65 located at a lower part in the rotation traveling direction of the ruled line roller 53 preceding the formation of the ruled line, while rotating the ruled line roller 53 that is carried out pressure welding to the resin corrugated cardboard by a rotary member 51 in the rotation speed synchronized with the moving speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
