<p>PURPOSE: A display panel and a driving circuit thereof are provided to reduce circuit area, by controlling the signal level of a plurality of gamma voltages without generating an additional reference voltage for a common electrode. CONSTITUTION: A scan driving circuit generates a plurality of scan signals, and scans a plurality of pixel structures of a display panel. A compensation circuit (32) generates a compensation signal. A gamma voltage generating circuit (34) generates a plurality of gamma voltages according to the compensation signal and gamma curve data. A plurality of digital-analog converters (36) selects a part of the plurality of gamma voltages according to a plurality of display signals for an output, and drives the display panel.
