PURPOSE: A system for managing a public bicycle is provided to responsibly manage public bicycles by recording mileage situation data by recording information of analyzing bicycle accident and basic information of a user as a black box function to a self lock key. CONSTITUTION: A self lock-card key computes mileage points quantitatively. RFID card electronic keys are paid to each common user. According to an operation rule according to a usage of a public cycle, a master unique ID code s recognized by the electronic keys. According to using time and driving distance, a card-key unit subtracts, accumulates, and records mileage points. |
