PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a metal substrate with high flatness for a flexible OLED is provided to manufacture the metal substrate with a high surface roughness and high heat dissipation by electrolytically polishing a metal base substrate. CONSTITUTION: A metal base substrate is prepared. A metal substrate is obtained by electrolytically polishing the metal base substrate. The metal base substrate is a Fe-Ni alloy substrate or a stainless substrate. The thickness of the metal base substrate is 50 to 300 um. The surface roughness of the metal base substrate is 0 to 80 nm. An electrolytic polishing process is performed at 30 to 80 degrees centigrade. |
