PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent staining of a print medium caused by retransfer. SOLUTION: The double-side stencil printing device includes: a first printing device 4 for printing one surface of a print medium; an inversion part for inverting the print medium having one surface printed; a second printing part 5 for printing the other surface of the inverted print medium; a one-side/double-side setting part 20a capable of setting one-side printing or double-side printing of the print medium; a printmaking part 6 for printmaking at least one of a first stencil paper roll for printing by the first printing part 4 by heating and boring the stencil paper roll and a second stencil paper roll for printing by the second printing part 5; and an image thinning part 20b for generating thinned image data by thinning image data read for printmaking the first stencil paper roll when the one-side/double-side setting part 20a sets double-side printing.
