PURPOSE: A hanging scaffold and an assembly method thereof are provided to prevent safety accidents and to reduce maintaining costs by easily installing a scaffolding board in air and by predicting an operator. CONSTITUTION: A hanging scaffold comprises a foundation connection member(10), an upper vertical line(20), a lower vertical bar(30), a ledger(50), and a scaffolding board. The foundation connection member is constructed on a ceiling member and is connected to the upper end of the upper vertical line. One end of a remote control member(40) is connected to a middle part of the lower vertical bar, and the ledger is connected to the middle part of the lower vertical bar. The vertical bar and the ledger are dropped under the ceiling member by using a handle of the remote control member. A vertical member connection means are connected to a horizontal member connection means, and a scaffolding board control member is connected to the scaffolding board. A V-shaped connection means and a C-shape connection means are mounted on the ledger and dismantle the remote control member and the scaffolding board control member.
