PURPOSE: A vacuum pump for vehicles is provided to reduce noise and vibration during the rotation of a rotor by increasing the joint force between the rotor and a motor. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum pump for vehicles comprises a rotor (110a) and a motor shaft (312). The rotor includes a hollow (140) and a protrusion (150). The protrusion is formed inside the hollow. The protrusion is protruding from the hollow in a direction to reduce the diameter of the hollow. The motor shaft is inserted into the hollow. A part of the motor shaft is fixed to the hollow by being accepted inside the hollow using the protrusion.
