PURPOSE: An IP-based power management system including an automatic recovery function is provided to continuously supply power to normal equipment by checking an abnormality while applying power to an individual port according to a group-based power application sequence. CONSTITUTION: A field power managing device (300) includes a server communication unit (330), a near field communication unit (320), a power source (360), a power monitoring unit (340), a power control unit (350), and a control unit (310). The near field communication unit collects external environment information. The power source supplies or blocks power to a main power source and equipment. The power control unit controls the power source by a remote server. The control unit provides a recovery request signal to the power control unit.
