PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which can effectively inhibit variation in a resistance value of a resistive element to external stress.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 1 according to an embodiment comprises: a semiconductor substrate 11 having a substantially rectangular planar shape; and a resistive element R1 arranged on the semiconductor substrate 11. The resistive element R1 is arranged along a direction perpendicular to a line segment which links an arrangement position of the resistive element R1 on a surface of the semiconductor substrate 11 with a corner of the semiconductor substrate 11 closest to the arrangement position of the resistive element R1. |
