THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MIXED BEVERAGES HAVING CYPRESS EXTRACT

PURPOSE: A production method of mixed drink containing a retinispora leaf extract is provided to use a mixed solvent of ethyl alcohol and active water. CONSTITUTION: Dried retinispora leaves are steamed for 5-10 minutes at 100°C for blanching for 1-10 seconds in 100°C water (1). The dried retinispora leaves are crushed, and 1.0-3.0 %(w/v) of crushed retinispora leaves is mixed with 80-100°C of hot water for extracting for 5-7 hours to obtain a retinispora leaf extract (2). Purified water is passed through an active water producing device, and active water is obtained in which the nuclear magnetic resonance spectral half width value is changed to less than 80 Hz using an NMR spectrometer (3). The active water producing device includes a ceramic ball and a yellow soil ball filtering layer. The active water and ethyl alcohol are mixed in a volume ratio of 2-6:8-4 to obtain an extract solution. 5-20 v% of retinispora leaf extract is mixed with the extract solution, and residues are removed from the mixture. The vacuum condition of the mixture is controlled at 33-35°C for evaporating and removing the ethyl alcohol, and the mixture is transferred to a centrifuge for removing residues.
