PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner having a lightweight and highly rigid handle.SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner 1 includes: a lower case 21 provided at a lower portion of a cleaner body 2; an upper case 22 provided on the upper side of the lower case 21; and a handle 26 attached to the upper case 22. The handle 26 is made from a carbon resin. The upper case 22 is made from a non-carbon resin whose elastic modulus is lower than the elastic modulus of the carbon resin and whose tensile fracture extension is larger than the tensile fracture extension of the carbon resin. |
