PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a food package, bringing the quality maintenance period to about 14 days while maintaining quality such as palate feeling and color tone after cooking, without spoiling the outer appearance of the food package.SOLUTION: A method for producing a food package by dishing on a vessel and packaging food made of solid ingredients and liquid and to be circulated at ≤10°C includes a solid ingredient dishing process of dishing heated solid ingredients on a vessel, a solid ingredient heating process of steam heating the solid ingredients dished on the vessel, a liquid filling process of filling high-temperature liquid on the steam heated solid ingredients, and a packaging process of covering, after completing the liquid filling process, with a film the vessel dished with the heated food with a food temperature of 35-90°C and then storing the resulting material in a chamber, reducing the chamber to a pressure lower than a water saturated vapor pressure at the food temperature, not lower than a prescribed pressure according to the food temperature and not higher than 600 mbar, introducing inactive gas to 800-1,200 mbar to perform inert gas replacement in the vessel, and heat welding the vessel and the film together followed by packaging the heated food. |
