PURPOSE: A coupon sending system is provided to send a coupon for giving a predetermined amount of money in proportion to a price of a purchased product to a user terminal which requests the coupon for the first time, thereby encouraging people to voluntarily participate in getting the coupon. CONSTITUTION: A database (110) stores more than one product, a coupon for the product, and member information inputted by users who join a membership. A coupon number generating unit (120) randomly generates a coupon number by combining the member information of a user corresponding to a user terminal. A transmitting unit (130) transmits the coupon and the coupon number to the user terminal which requests the coupon. A sending unit (140) sends an acquaintance terminal the coupon and the coupon number which are transmitted to the user terminal by the transmitting unit. The user terminal purchases the product using the coupon transmitted from the transmitting unit.
