PURPOSE: A hob for cutting an assembly type gear is provided to improve a fastening force of a cutting edge, to prevent the cutting edge from shaking when cutting, to improve a processing force, and to extend life. CONSTITUTION: A hob for cutting an assembly type gear comprises a hob body(10), a plurality of cutting edges(20), and a wedge(30). The hob body is formed in a cylindrical shape and includes a shaft hole(11), a connection unit(13), and a recessed groove(14). The plurality of cutting edges is fixed to the connection unit of the hob body by a bolt(12) and includes a cutting unit. The wedge is fixed to the recessed groove by a bolt(31) and includes a contact unit(32). The contact unit contacts to the rear side of the cutting edge. |
